1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after payment of the advance amount and receipt of confirmation from Kekan Travels.
- Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
2. Payment Terms
- Advance payment is required to confirm a booking.
- Full payment must be made before or at the time of the start of the trip unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted modes of payment include UPI, bank transfer, and cash.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled trip will receive a partial refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the trip start time may result in forfeiture of the advance amount.
- In case of no-show, the full fare will be charged.
4. Vehicle Usage Guidelines
- Vehicles must be used only for the agreed route and purpose.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal activity in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
- The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misuse.
5. Driver Conduct
- Our drivers are experienced and trained for customer safety and service.
- In case of any issues with the driver, please report it to us immediately.
- Drivers reserve the right to refuse continuation of the trip in case of abusive behavior by passengers.
6. Delays & Liability
- Kekan Travels is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen mechanical issues.
- While we take every measure to ensure safety, we are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
7. Outstation Trips
- Toll, parking, state taxes, and driver allowance for outstation trips are to be borne by the customer unless included in the package.
- Minimum kilometer charges apply for outstation rentals.
8. Privacy Policy
- Any personal information shared during the booking process is kept confidential and used solely for service-related communication.
9. Changes to Terms
Kekan Travels reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
